MEASURE D: County of Butte � Initiative Ordinance � Prohibiting Growing of Genetically Engineered Organisms in Butte County.The measure must get a majority vote for approval.

 

MEASURE G:El Medio Fire Protection District � Rate Increase for Fire Protection and Prevention for the benefit of the residents in the District.The measure must get a two-thirds vote for approval.

 

MEASURE H: City of Chico � Proposed Charter Amendment � Minimum Age for service on the council.The measure must get a majority vote for approval.

 

MEASURE I: City of Chico � Proposed Charter Amendment � Compensation of city council members.This measure must get a majority voter for approval.

 

MEASURE J: City of Chico Proposed Charter Amendment � Vacancies on the council.This measure must get a majority voter for approval.

 

MEASURE K: City of Chico � Proposed Charter Amendment � Authority for biennial budget.This measure must get a majority voter for approval.

 

MEASURE L: City of Chico � Proposed Charter Amendment � Technical, nonsubstantive amendments.This measure must get a majority voter for approval.

 

MEASURE M: Thermalito Union School District � General Obligation Bond Measure.Must get a 55% vote for approval.

 

MEASURE N: Town of Paradise � Initiative Measure to Enact a Town of Paradise Ordinance Relating to an Animal Control Parcel Tax.This measure must get a two-thirds vote for approval.

 

MEASURE O: Town of Paradise � Referendum Relating to Adoption of Town of Paradise Resolution No. 04-23 Amending the 1994 Paradise General Plan (GR-01-2-FHK Companies).This measure must get a majority vote for approval.

 

MEASURE P: City of Oroville � Transient Occupancy Tax Increase.This measure must get 55% vote for approval.
