• Complete the Certificate of Registration as a Process Server Application - Individual
• Bond in the amount of $2,000
• Registration fee of $100.00
• Recording fees for the bond - $14.00 for the first page and $3.00 for each additional page
• Filing fee of $7.00
• I.D. cards - $10.00 each plus two 1" photos must be presented at time of filing
• Registrations expire two years from the filing date

Professional Photocopiers:

• Complete the Certificate of Registration as a Professional Photocopier - Corporation , or
• Complete the Certificate of Registration as a Professional Photocopier - Individual
• Bond in the amount of $5,000
• Registration fee of $175.00; if also registered as a process server, the fee is $100.00
• Recording fees for the bond - $14.00 for the first page and $3.00 for each additional page
• Filing fee of $7.00
• I.D. cards - $10.00 plus 1" photos must be presented at time of filing
• Registrations expire two years from the filing date

Legal Document Assistant:

• Complete and sign the Registration as a Legal Document Assistant - Corporation , or

• Provide supporting information as requested in the registration form
